Minnesota is one of just six states that will host a meeting to develop a collaborative practice toolkit for community pharmacists. We will provide more information on that meeting (to be held in January or February 2016) as soon as it is available. In the meantime, please help us create a valuable resource for pharmacists in Minnesota and across the U.S.!

The CDC Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention is collaborating with pharmacy to develop a template Collaborative Practice Agreement that can be customized based on states’ current scopes of pharmacy practice and a template Business Agreement to help pharmacists and payers work together toward sustainability of pharmacists’ services. Do you work under a CPA that could serve as a model for other pharmacists interested in improving public health? Do you have a business agreement that demonstrates an effective way to partner with payers?

The National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations (NASPA) is collecting sample agreements to help inform the CPA and Business Agreement Toolkit. Help advance pharmacy by providing your sample CPA or business agreement today! Please send in your agreements to NASPA by November 18.
