Pharmacists who have issues related to registration are encouraged to email DEA at: email@example.com (be sure to include your DEA registration number in your email). Those needing support for DEA’s Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) can complete a CSOS Support Request Form at: https://wwwdeaecom.gov/cda-docs/help.asp.
