The Minnesota Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing education. Successful completion of this knowledge-based program qualifies for a maximum of 10 contact hours for Pharmacists and 9.5 contact hours for technicians.
Participants must sign in, attend each session in its entirety and complete a program evaluation form to receive credit.
To Earn CE Credit:
Statements of Credit will not be issued; instead the MPhA will upload your CE electronically through the CPE Monitor System within 60 days from the event. In order to upload the CE, you will need to provide MPhA your NABP e-profile ID and birthdate MMDD.

To receive a registration refund, less a $25 processing fee, all cancellations must be received via this form on or before September 16, 2019, 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded.
